Eat Chocolate. Enough said.

If we enjoyed all the foods in moderation, obesity would cease to exist. Unfortunately, the modern society lives by "supersize me" motto where the bigger the better and more is well... more. More does not mean better or even good. In most cases more is bad, really really bad. 

However, in my opinion, the society has shown evidence of change and deeper understanding of nutrition and human wellness principles in general. I constantly see health posts and smoothie recipes, de-stress exercises and real life stories about how food can change your life. It does not mean we have to give up little vices like wine, cakes, waffles and other indulgences. In fact, what we have to do with them is consume in moderation.
